The Pride is proud to once again be supporting Lighthouse Youth and Family ServicesSafe and Supported” program. Last year, The Pride membership donated over $6000 to Lighthouse and we hope to continue this again for 2019.

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) youth are dramatically over-represented in the homeless youth population.

Safe and Supported is working to prevent and end LGBTQ youth homelessness in Hamilton County, Ohio. Lighthouse created Safe and Supported as a result of Hamilton County being chosen as one of two communities in the nation to lead the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s first-of-its-kind LGBTQ Youth Homelessness Prevention Initiative.

Safe and Supported is implementing strategies to make sure every LGBTQ has the housing, resources, and connections to thrive.

The Pride has three initiatives for the month of June (Pride Month), Pride Raiser, Pride Pride Scarves and the Pride March. Check out the initiatives below and get involved.

We are happy to announce our Pride Raiser campaign supporting Lighthouse Youth and Family Services! Throughout the month of June, we'll be raising money for every goal scored by FC Cincinnati. We invite everyone to Rise Together and pledge to help support LGBTQ youth.
